MARKETING PLAN

Introduction


A marketing plan is used to calculate and distribute income to its Members based upon the product sales generated by Members and their down line sales organisations. LEO has created a unique and revolutionary marketing plan that is breaking new ground in the Direct Selling industry.

LEO pays out 56% of all commission-able sales.

LEO’s marketing plan has been carefully designed to engage a wider audience and is equally distributed to look after three key groups.

  •  Part time new entrants
  • Serious Part time builders
  •  Full time Leaders

One of our pre-suppositions is that “Members are the heart of our business” so we compensate our Members in ways never before done in this industry. One of the most powerful statements we have is that “You can, not only earn by building your own downline, but you also take part in the success of your upline and sidelines through our state of the art marketing plan”


Marketing Plan Concept

Our LEO marketing plan’s main objective is to incentivize our Members to sell and promote LEO’s products. There are a number of Bonuses and Awards to motivate LEO Members and provide them with incentive to actively promote LEO products.


Glossary of Terms 

Active Status: A minimum of 50 BP is required to qualify for the Network Bonus which must be achieved by the pay period. This active status qualifies you for the current month. This has been waived until further notice (a notice of one month will be given to LEO Members before implementation).

Associate: A rank in the Marketing Plan.

BP: Stands for Bonus Points. Each product sale carry BPs that are used to calculate Bonuses

RP: Stands for Rank Points: Each product sale carry RPs that are used for Rank advancement

SP: Stands for Status Points: Each product sale carry SPs that are used for Status promotion

Accumulated BP: All the BPs accumulated from the first day of achieving Bronze Membership to date

 Accumulated RP: All the RPs accumulated from the first day of achieving Bronze Membership to date

Accumulated  SP: All the SPs accumulated from the first day of achieving Bronze Membership to date

*Personal purchase: Products personally purchased by Members in reasonable amounts for personal use. The accumulated SP for all sales made using the Member’s personal user name, either for personal use or for direct sales to a customer, will be valued at 100% towards the Member’s status qualification.

*Personal purchases by Members count towards accumulated SP for purposes of achieving Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Member statuses. This does not however constitute a personal purchase or consumption requirement to become a Member, move up in rank, or to fully participate in the plan at any specific rank or level. Pursuant to LEO’s terms and conditions, (i) LEO recognizes that Members may wish to purchase products in reasonable amounts for their own personal or family use, (ii) buying product for any reason other than bona fide resale (or for personal use in reasonable quantities) is prohibited, and (iii) Members must not encourage others to buy product for any other reason.


Compensation Period :


LEO marketing plan "pay period" runs from Saturday to Friday. Every Saturday after the pay run LEO pays out all the bonuses to Members’ account. 

SPs are used to promote Membership status, BPs are used to calculate bonuses and RPs are used to advance ranks. Each product sale distributes points instantly.

When a LEO Member sells LEO products, the SP, BP, and RP are distributed in the upline
